Approve the April 12, 2022 regular meeting minutes as presented. C. Approve the recommendation of City staff to proclaim Arbor Day in the City of Boyne City on Thursday, April 21, 2022. D. Approve the recommendation from the Library Board of Trustees to appoint as a trustee Debbie Neidhamer to represent the City of Boyne City with a term expiring April 30, 2026. 4. FY 2021/2022 Budget Amendments Consideration to adopt the FY 2021/2022 budget amendments as presented in compliance with the accounting and budgeting standards. B. Purchase of Extrication Equipment Consider to approve the request from Fire Chief Dennis Amesbury to purchase the Hurst eTool from Apollo Fire Equipment Company for an amount not-to-exceed $34,000, with the Boyne City Firefighters Association contribution amount being $12,000, and the City portion being $22,000. C. Second Tabulator Purchase Consider to approve the request from the City Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Puroll to purchase a second Dominion tabulator in an amount not-to-exceed $5,295 plus the cost of shipping and handling to be purchased in the 2022-2023 fiscal year. 10.
