Housing North Executive Director Yarrow Brown joining the meeting via ZOOM Consider the recommendation to approve a contract 2022 BC HR between the City of Boyne City and Housing North as presented for the provision of staff services for one year at a cost not to exceed $9,250 and to authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk/Treasurer to take the steps necessary to execute the contract. B. Marina Footprint Consideration to approve a finalized common marina footprint boundary for staff to research and report back possible options by the September 27th City Commission meeting. 9. NEW BUSINESS A. Traffic Control Order 139 – Elm Street 2-hour Parking Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to confirm traffic control order 139 as presented. B. Snickerdoodlz Food Truck Request Consideration to approve Snickerdoodlz to use public parking space in its current or other approved location on Friday’s during the remainder of the 2022 Stroll the Streets events. 10. GOOD OF THE ORDER 11. ANNOUNCEMENTS  The next regular City Commission meeting is scheduled for September 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.  City Hall will be closed on September 5, 2022 in observance of Labor Day. 12.
