Approve the City Manager to execute activities with Marcor Technologies, LLC to renew/purchase five Adobe licenses for utilization by City Administrative Staff at a total cost of $1,350.00. 4. Boyne City Skate Park Site Location at Rotary Park Consider the recommendation from the Parks and Recreation Board to approve the location of the skate park at Rotary Park - West of the baseball diamond A, East of the soccer field and South of the pickleball courts. 9. NEW BUSINESS A. Line Street Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Award Recommendation Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve awarding the Line Street Sanitary Sewer reconstruction project to Manthei Construction of Charlevoix as bid in the amount of $72,814 and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk/Treasurer to execute any necessary documents. B. Property and Liability Insurance Coverage Renewal Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve the City Manager and the City Clerk/Treasurer to take the steps necessary to renew the City’s liability insurance through the Michigan Township Participating Plan at an estimated price of $84,807 for 2022-2023. C. Fall Tree planting in cities R.O.W. Contract Recommendation Consider the recommendation from Director of Public Works Michael LeMay to approve a purchase order contract with Robinson’s Landscape for the 2022/2023 Fall Tree planting project in an amount not-to-exceed $29,925.00 and for the City Manager to execute any necessary documents. D. Clear Water Lake Management Inc. Algae and Weed Treatment Multi-Year Agreement Consider the recommendation from Executive Assistant Dawn Middleton to approve city staff to execute a three year agreement with Clear Water Lake Management Inc. at a cost of $2,335.00 for the first two years with the third year to be determined. 10.
