Public Hearing – Sanitary Sewer System and Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements The purpose of the proposed project is to complete wastewater treatment plant upgrades and sanitary sewer collection system improvements to provide performance to meet present day regulatory standards, to replace deteriorated wastewater assets, and minimize long term operation costs. B. Clean Water State Revolving Fund Application – CWSRF Project Plan Link Consideration to adopt the proposed Final Project Plan for Wastewater System Improvements and Designating an Authorized Project Representative resolution to advance the CWSRF project plan for further consideration by the State. C. FY 2022/2023 Budget Amendments Consideration to adopt the fiscal year 2022/2023 budget amendments as presented in compliance with the accounting and budgeting standards. D. Scouting Boat Docking Request Consideration to approve the request of Scouting’s Michigan Crossroads Council to dock their 52’ sailboat the Retriever in the Boyne City Marina at no charge before and after our prime seasons subject to specific details and timing worked out with City staff and subject to cancellation if unanticipated issues arise. E. Dissolution of the Pearl Street Historic District Consideration to have staff initiate the process for dissolution of the Pearl Street Historic District by identifying persons interested in being appointed to the District study committee. F. Boyne City Tree Advisory Board Creation Consideration for the City Commission to review the proposed Tree Advisory Board ordinance and bylaws and approve for a second reading at the June 13, 2023 City Commission meeting. G. Collection Services Proposal Consideration to authorize the City Manager to renew the collection services agreement with American Waste as proposed, maintaining the two curbside household rubbish collections for 2023. H. DPW Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis Purchase Consideration to approve the purchase of two Ford F-350 cab and chassis trucks from Bob Mathers Ford of Boyne City for $110,717.60 as presented. 10. ANNOUNCEMENTS • The City of Boyne City Arbor Day celebration and annual tree giveaway will be held at Veterans Park pavilion on April 28, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. while supplies last. • The next regular City Commission meeting is scheduled for May 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. 12.
