Audit Overview - Review of annual City financial audit for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2023 with outside auditor Joe Verlin of Gabridge & Company, PLC - Copies of the audit are available for review online at http://www.cityofboynecity.com/annual-audit- 150/ or at City Hall or the Boyne District Library. C. Road Improvements Engineering Services Proposal Consider the recommendation from DPW and Utilities Director Doug Varney to approve the proposal from C2AS for design, bidding and construction engineering services associated with road improvements on Vogel, Water, Main, Front and Pleasant Streets at a total estimated cost of $55,500 and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents, subject to approval from the City Attorney. D. Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating (PASER) Study Initial Review Consider the recommendation from DPW and Utilities Director Doug Varney to conduct an initial review of the PASER study with City staff with our engineering consultant. E. First Reading of Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Section 24.80(B) Consider the recommendation from Planning Director Scott McPherson to approve a second reading of the proposed text amendment to BCZO section 24.80(B) on or after January 23, 2024, and to authorize City Staff to facilitate scheduling. F. First Reading of Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Section 4.20(B) Consider the recommendation from Planning Director Scott McPherson to approve a second reading of the proposed text amendment to BCZO section 4.20(B) on or after January 23, 2024, and to authorize City Staff to facilitate scheduling. 10.
