Northern Lake Economic Alliance – Economic Data Presentation Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to receive the presentation from the representatives of the Northern Lake Economic Alliance. B. Marina Change Order and Project Update and Plan Review Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to approve Marina Project Scope Change Directive No. 2 for electrical engineering services with 30% of the total extra charged to Parks and provide input on the project plans and schedules. 9. NEW BUSINESS A. Lofts on Lake Street – Schedule Work Session Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to consider scheduling a date, topics and support desired for a work session regarding the proposed Lofts on Lake Street. B. Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) - Tentative Contract Award Date Consider the recommendation from City Manager Michael Cain to schedule a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Resolution of Tentative Contract Award for improvements to the City’s sanitary sewer system as part of the ongoing Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) project. 10.
