A. Granicus Address Identification Contract Renewal
Consider the recommendation from Planning Director Scott McPherson to approve the proposal from
Granicus for a one-year contract for short term rental address identification services for a total price of
$7,432.23.
B. Redevelopment Ready Community MOU
Consider the recommendation from Planning Director Scott McPherson to authorize the City Manager
to sign the updated Joint Memorandum of Understanding with the MEDC for continued participation in
the Redevelopment Ready Communities program.
