NEW BUSINESS A. 2026 Gravel Road Dust Control Contract Award Recommendation Consider the recommendation from Director of Public Works and Utilities, Doug Varney to award a purchase order contract for the 2026 Gravel Road Dust Control contract to D&J Bowen Dust Control for the unit price of 0.34 / gallon with in an amount not to exceed $13,056 (If 3 applications were merited and required), and authorize the City Manager and or City Clerk/Treasurer to execute the necessary documents. B. North Launch Boat Ramp Replacement Consider the recommendation from Director of Public Works and Utilities, Doug Varney to award a contract to Manthei Construction LLC for the 2026 North Launch Boat Ramp improvement contingent on approvals from EGLE in an amount not-to-exceed $55,115, and authorize the City Manager and/or City Clerk/Treasurer to execute the necessary documents. C. Fire Department Equipment Purchase Consider the recommendation from Fire Chief, Dennis Amesbury to approve the purchase of one R320 E3 Connect Ram for $11,500 and one SC 358 E3 Connect Combi for $16,500, for a total amount of $28,000, from Macqueen, further authorize the City Manager or City Clerk/Treasurer to execute any necessary documentation. 11.
