RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Bradford, that the proper officers hereby approve payment in the
amount of $2,340.00 from the General Fund Account (410.316) to Central Square Technologies for annual
maintenance.

RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Bradford, that the proper officers hereby accept the bid received
from Dustin Bishop in the amount of $600.00 for one (1) 2012 Dodge Charger AS IS, VIN#
2C3CDXAT7CH267028, which has been removed from service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this is the first of two bids received.
AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BRADFORD AND IAFF LOCAL 655 CITY OF BRADFORD FIREFIGHTERS: A/F

This document is to serve as a memorandum of understanding between the City of Bradford, referred to hereafter
as “the City,” and the International Association of Firefighters, IAFF Local 655 Bradford City Firefighters referred
to hereafter as “IAFF Local 655.”
The City and IAFF Local 655 have agreed to incorporate a fire code program. An amendment to the contract was
made DATE, establishing 3 fire code assistants with $1,500 annual stipends. It is further agreed upon the following:
- The total dollar amount towards fire code assistants will be $4,500 annually
- There will be up to 6 total members can be appointed, with up to three (3) being Fire Code Inspectors and
three (3) being Fire Code Assistant Inspectors.
- Fire Code Inspectors will be stipend at $1,000 annually and the Fire Code Assistants at $500 annually.
- The appointments will be made by the Fire Chief with recommendations from the Fire Code Official/Deputy
Fire Chief.
- The appointments will follow the guidelines of Article V Promotions of the most current CBA or any
subsequent CBA following the date of this agreement.
This memorandum of understanding has no expiration unless negotiated by the City and IAFF Local 655. At any
time, this memorandum of understanding may be updated or changed with the approval of the City and the Union.
Effective start date of January 1, 2026.
APPROVE PAYMENT TO PHYLLIS LLEWELLYN FOR HOME REPAIRS LOCATED AT 35
ONOFRIO STREET: OECD

WHEREAS, the City of Bradford has community development funds for home repairs through Act 137; and
WHEREAS, the homeowner solicits quotations from qualified contractors and requests that the work be performed
by the contractor providing the lowest acceptable quote for the work; and
WHEREAS, the OECD recommends allocating Act 137 funds in the amount up to $7,500.00 to Phyllis Llewellyn
for home repairs at 35 Onofrio Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Bradford hereby authorizes the
proper officers of the City of Bradford and the OECD to make payments not to exceed $7,500.00 upon the
inspection and approval of the completed work by OECD staff.
AWARD BID AND APPROVE PAYMENT FOR THE 2025 RESURFACING PROJECT
