Resolutions (Consent and Individual) Consent Agenda Resolutions: 10 Minutes 2023-163 Bill List for May 24, 2023 2023-164 Approval for Rally Cap Sports to conduct Beach Volleyball for participants with special needs on Wednesdays in July and August at Cliff and Ocean Avenue. 2023-165 Award of ATM Machines on the Beachfront Promenade to Coastal ATM, LLC. Individual Resolutions: 30 Minutes 2023-127 (A) Authorizing the Borough Administrator to purchase a new roofing system and retain a Certified Contractor from a New Jersey State Purchasing Cooperative for the Biase Center and the Municipal Building in an amount not to exceed $163,000. (Previously tabled 4/12, 4/26, and 5/10; Amended for 5/24) 2023-166 A Resolution Ratifying the Waiver of $50.00 Application Fees under Borough Code Section 425-10(f) of Chapter 425: “Trees” for certain properties required to remove or remediate hazardous trees. 2023-167 Authorizing the 2023 Service Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the Police Consoles. 2023-168 Authorizing the Re-Appointment for Municipal Court Judge Paul J. Capotorto for a three-year term effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. 2023-169 Acknowledging the Granting of Tenure to Patricia Megill, CMCA, as Bradley Beach Municipal Court Administrator pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:8-13.1 2023-170 Authorizing the execution of an agreement with Meghan Ann Bennett, Esq. of Dilworth Paxson, LLP as Bond Counsel for the Borough of Bradley Beach. 2023-171 Authorizes the Borough of Bradley Beach to participate in Intra-County Mutual Aid and Assistance Agreements with participating Units in the County of Monmouth. 2023-172 Awarding a Fair and Open Professional Services Contract to CME Associates as Borough Engineer for the remainder of calendar year 2023. 2023- 173 Awarding a Fair and Open Professional Services Contract to Wielkotz & Company as Borough Auditor for the remainder of calendar year 2023.  2023-174 Awarding a Fair and Open Professional Services Contract to Sobel Han & Cannon, LLP, as OPRA Attorney for the remainder of calendar year 2023. 2023-175 Awarding a Fair and Open Professional Services Contract to Rainone, Coughlin, & Minchello as Borough Labor Attorney for the remainder of calendar year 2023. 12.
