Ordinance(s): Introduction(s): BOND ORDINANCE 2023-10 BOND ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART BOND ORDINANCE NO. 2023-02 ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 8, 2023, PROVIDING FOR MCCABE AVENUE STORMWATER OUTFALL IMPROVEMENTS, IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREFOR BY $500,000 FOR A TOTAL APPROPRIATION OF $1,500,000, TO INCREASE THE AUTHORIZED BONDS AND NOTES TO BE ISSUED TO FINANCE A PORTION OF THE COSTS THEREOF BY $500,000 FOR A TOTAL DEBT AUTHORIZATION OF $1,500,000, AND TO INCREASE THE ALLOCATION OF THE APPROPRIATION TO COSTS PERMITTED UNDER N.J.S.A. 40A:2-20, AUTHORIZED IN AND BY THE BOROUGH OF BRADLEY BEACH, IN THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, NEW JERSEY.  ORDINANCE 2023-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 423: “TOWING” OF THE BOROUGH’S REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES TO UPDATE THE RATES AND CHARGES FOR TOWING VEHICLES WITHIN THE BOROUGH. Public Hearing and Vote Adoption(s): ORDINANCE 2023-9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 310: “NOISE” OF THE BOROUGH’S REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES TO UPDATE NOISE REGULATIONS TO ADDRESS CURRENT ISSUES AND NUISANCES WITHIN THE BOROUGH, ESPECIALLY DURING THE SUMMER SEASON. 11. Resolutions (Consent and Individual) Consent Agenda Resolutions - 10 Minutes 2023-202 Bill List for June 28, 2023 2023-203 Authorizing Coastal Rhythms Association to conduct their Silent Disco in July and August on the Fifth Avenue Beach. 2023-204 Approval of an On-Premises 50/50 Raffle License for the Bradley Beach Elementary School PTA and waiver of the $20.00 Municipal Application Fee. Individual Resolutions - 30 Minutes 2023-205 Award of contract for Professional Engineering Services with CME Associates for Engineering Design through Construction Administration Services for Fifth Avenue Phase I Improvement Project. 2023-206 Authorizing the Execution of a Shared Service Agreement for Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP/911) with the County of Monmouth. 13.
