RES. 5803 - a Resolution authorizing participation in the Ohio Association of Public Treasurers (OAPT) Workers Compensation Group Retrospective Rating Program and an agreement with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., as part of such program; and declaring an emergency. 2. RES. - 5804 a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply for a grant through the 2027 Cuyahoga County Supplemental Grant Program for funding the rehabilitation of the City Hall baseball fields; and declaring an emergency. 3. ORD. 5876 an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to purchase coverage through a five- year five-year Planned Services Agreement to provide maintenance and monitoring for fire alarm and sprinkler systems for the Community Center and Human Services Center from Johnson Controls Fire Protection Services LP through the State of Ohio Administrative Services Purchasing Program; and declaring an emergency. 4. ORD. 5877 - an Ordinance accepting the bid of Leach Excavating, LLC for the Whitewood Road Storm Sewer Improvement Project; and declaring an emergency.
