Response: N/A COMMENT: Tonya Harrison, Upshur St Line item resolution Loved the Swear-In Event, wondering about time usage of Town Hall, and concerned about finances. RESPONSE: N/A TREASURERS REPORT:  Audit Update Draft of Audit completed last Friday will be ready to be approved on April 28, 2015.  Accounts Payable Schedule o Pulling off of invoice for Dutch Mill of $1,000.00 o Removing of a phone line that has been active with AT&T for the Police Department Motion to approve the payment of $53,984.66 by Council Member Jason Barnett seconded by Council Member Jennifer Murphy. Approved Motion to accept Treasurer Report by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi, seconded by Council Member Jennifer Murphy. Approved Town Clerk Report Receivables from April 13-April 20 for the amount of $386.00 Motion to accept Town Clerk Report by Council Member Jennifer Murphy, seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approved Town Administrator Rep ort  Council of the Town of Brentwood Town Hall, Brentwood, Maryland Council Meeting Issues:  Wu Street Report and invoice for 3,500.00- will be moved to old business for next meeting  Brentwood Day- process has begun  All Employees have new gas boy ID  Chief Office- Contract estimate presented, others will come  Half Door for safety of the personal Motion to accept Town Administrator Report by Council Member Jennifer Murphy, seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approved OLD BUSINESS : - Consolidated Account Resolution- Read Resolution 2015-03 by Council Member Jason Barnett Motion to adopt resolution 2015-03 by Council Member Jason Barnet seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approved by roll call, all in favor. - Dumpster Exemption- Have not heard for them attorney so will have to wait will be tabled till April 28, 2015 Motion to table by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi seconded by Council Member Jennifer Murphy. Approved - Status on Recruitment of Treasurer, and Chief 1. Treasurer- One had an offer made 2. Chief- Chief will be coming on board after approval of the Chief starting April 27, 2015 Chief Swearing-in will take place on April 28, 2015 - Stipend for Phone Bills- Chief will receive $50 per month. Further research will be made by Town Administrator and Council Member Olano will need a policy to outline procedures for cell phones stipends Motion by Council Member Jennifer Murphy, seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approved NEW BUSINESS : - Approval of Chief Contract- the contract is being drafted and is in its final stages of agreement Motion to approve the Chief Contract by Council Member Jennifer Murphy, seconded by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi. Approved - Chief’s Swearing-in will begin at 6:00pm with Budget Hearing Following at 7pm on April 28, 2015 - Pins of Town Logo- tabled - Tabled Chiefs office - Brentwood Day- Invitation letter for other officials and other  Council of the Town of Brentwood Town Hall, Brentwood, Maryland Council Meeting Move to accept the proposal for the services for purpose for assistance with budget organization and budget transfers with Nina Young at $40/hour by Vice Mayor Jennifer Kravassi to be taken from 5-1010 second Council Member Jason Barnett. Approved by roll call all approved with Council member Murphy abstaining.
