Approved by voice vote, all in favor with Vice Mayor Clark not yet present. Public Comment COMMENT: Kendall Ladd, Art Works Now Grant request has been submitted from Art Works Now, this program serves 120 students year round at Thomas Stone Elementary School. They request that all municipalities that have students going to Thomas Stone to contribute $3000.00. Budget Discussion ELECTED OFFICIAL 5-2005 Mayor Salary- Changed to $550 per month for the Mayor total $6,600 5-2010 Council Salary- Changed to $400 per month for Council Salary total $19,200 MAINTENANCE 5-7025 Over time- Changed to $2000 5-7040 FICA Taxes- Changed to $9711 5-7050 Maintenance Retirement Plan- $6,344 5-7067 Utilities- Changed to $2,500 TOTAL $196,599 HIGHWAY LIGHTING 5-8010 Highway Control Measures- Changed to $2,500 SANITATION 5-9015 Residential Trash Cans- Moved to line item 5-9005 to be $114,120 1  Council of the Town of Brentwood Town Hall, Brentwood, Maryland Council Meeting OUTDOORS RESTROOM SPRINKLER 5-9920 Bartlett- Restroom Supplies- Name changed to Bartlett- Restroom Supplies/ Maintenance and changed to $500 5-9940 Sprinkler Maintenance- Changed to $750 TOTAL $1450 RECREATION 5-9205 Town Activities- Changed to $5,500 5-9215 Brentwood Day- Changed to $5,000 5-9220 International Day- Changed to $2,000 TOTAL $13,750 CABLE 5-9415 Cable Equipment and Supplies- Changed to $500 TOTAL $54,789 RESTRICTED EXPENSES 5-9606 & 5-9607 have been moved under Capital Improvement Motion to move the Budget meeting to 7pm on May 11, 2016 by Council Member Harrison seconded by Council Member Morlan. Approved by roll call, Council Member Harrison, Council Member Morlan, and Mayor Treminio-Lopez in favor. Vice Mayor Clark against and Council Member Olano absent.
