Swearing in of Damani Hayliger as the Code Enforcement Officer and Quianna Taylor as Interim Town Clerk. Oath will be administered by Mayor Tremino-Lopez 2. Presentation Herb Sweren on the Constituent -On Software. This software enhances the ability of the Town to monitor and track responsiveness to resident and constituent needs. He will take questions from the Mayor and Council. (Attch 1) 3. Presentation from Don Smith of Smith Architects. Mr. Smith will provide and update and take questions on the status of the Brentwood Town Center. (Attch 2) 4. Presentation and Review of Draft Document on Sanctuary (Welcoming) Town. This is a follow up item from the Community Forum. (Attch 3) 5. Windom Road Barrier Project. The Mayor and Council review the project based on inputs from the Community Forum. 6. Electronics Issuance Policy. The document has been reviewed by the Attorney. Mayor and Council will consider his recommendations and possibly approve the policy. (Attch 4) 7. Zoning Rewrite Letter. Review and approval of letter to be submitted. 8. Set Timetables for Reviewing Policy Changes. Requested item. 9. Maryland LGIF and Bond Bill Application. LGIF initial interest questionnaire has been submitted and Bond Bill application has been completed and ready for submission. The LGIF representative is have a work session with the TA and Treasurer to complete the LGIF documents. 10. Parking Issues in the Commercial Area. Requested item. Part B - General Meeting Items 11.
