Edge Energy will present audit findings and make recommendations for improvements using MEA Grant funds. 2. Draft Ordinance on Sanctuary (Welcoming) Town. The Mayor and Council will review the language in the draft ordinance and plan for the Community Forum scheduled for 20 Jan 18. 3. Constituent-On Software Proposal. The Mayor and Council will review proposal submitted for computer based constituent tracking program. 4. Maryland Local Government Infrastructure Financing Program Update. Initial interest documentation has been submitted and application is due mid-month. Approval will be scheduled for regular meeting. 5. Electronic Payment Conversion. Per request of the Mayor and Council, the Treasurer has prepared a list of recommended recurring that may be approved for electronic payment. This will be presented and discussed. 6. Maintenance of 38th Street. The Mayor and Council will consider the status of 38th Street and the process for requesting it be returned to SHA maintenance jurisdiction. . 7. Bike Plan Update. The Committee will present an update to the Mayor and Council followed by discussion. 8. Review of Outstanding Minutes. Mayor and Council will review all unapproved minutes for approval during the full meeting on 17 Jan. 9. Welcome Packet Finalization. Draft document will be reviewed for finalization. 10. Maintenance of the Official Brentwood Facebook Page. Mayor and Council will discuss ongoing management of this page. 11. Electronics Issuance Policy. Continued from previous meetings. 12. Discussion of Recommendations from Ethics Commission. Item continued from previous meetings. 13. Brentwood Code Amendment Recommendations. Item continued from previous meetings. Reference document is the Edmonston Code 14. Creation of Diversity - Community Relations Committee. Requested item. 15. Scheduling of Next Mayor and Council Retreat Note: A Closed Session may be called at any point during the meeting if deemed necessary Announcements: Community Discussion Forum on Brentwood becoming a Welcoming (Sanctuary) Town on Saturday, January 20th.
