PUBLIC HEARING FOR A MINOR PLAT AMENDMENT FOR 292 RIDGE VIEW STREET: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator, will give a brief introduction to the Public Hearing. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than October 14, 2024, by 5 pm. 2. MINOR PLAT AMENDMENT FOR 292 RIDGE VIEW STREET. Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will review a Minor Plat Amendment for 292 Ridge View Street to subdivide lots 2 and 4 in the Ridgeview Estates Subdivision. 3. 339 SPRUCE STREET CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT DISCUSSION. Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will hold a discussion on an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for 339 Spruce Street. 4. RETAINING WALL DESIGN REVIEW FOR 1006 AUTUMN DRIVE: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will review a Retaining Wall Design Review for 1006 Autumn Drive. F. ADJOURNMENT Date: October 10, 2024 Available to Board Members as per Ordinance No. 11-003 authorizes public bodies, including the Town, to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members of the Council may participate by means of a telephonic or telecommunications conference.
