PUBLIC INPUT/ REPORTS (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. MINOR PLAT AMENDMENT FOR A LOT LINE VACATION. Greg Sant, Planning & Building Administrator. The Commission will review a proposed Plat Amendment for a Lot Line Vacation for 431 and 411 Toboggan Lane in the Ski Have Chalets Subdivision. 2. PUBLIC HEARING – LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AMENDMENTS FOR CHAPTERS 7 ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS & CHAPTER 12 DESIGN GUIDELINES. Bret Howser, Town Manager, will give an introduction to the public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Land Management Code, Chapters 7 & 12.. The Commission will receive comments on the proposed amendments. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than September 16, 2024 by 5 p.m. 3. LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AMENDMENTS FOR CHAPTER 7 ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND CHAPTER 12 DESIGN GUIDELINES. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will review proposed amendments to the Land Management Code and forward a recommendation to the Town Council G. ADJOURNMENT Date: September 13, 2024 Available to Board Members as per Ordinance No. 11-003 authorizes public bodies, including the Town, to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members of the Council may participate by means of a telephonic or telecommunications conference.
