Special Meeting Board of Trustees April 25, 2018 7:00 p.m. A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Briarcliff Manor, New York was held in the William J. Vescio Community Center, 1 Library Road, Briarcliff Manor, New York on the 25th day of April, 2018 commencing on or about 7:00 p.m. Present Lori A. Sullivan, Mayor Cesare DeRose, Deputy Mayor Kevin Hunt, Trustee Mark L. Wilson, Trustee Bryan Zirman, Trustee Also Present Philip Zegarelli, Village Manager/Deputy Village Clerk Edward Ritter, Village Treasurer Budget FY 2018-2019 Resolution The Village Manager provided the following resolution: Upon motion by Deputy Mayor DeRose, seconded by Trustee Wilson, the Board voted unanimously to approve the following resolution: Vote: Trustee Wilson – Aye Deputy Mayor DeRose – Aye Trustee Hunt– Aye Trustee Zirman - Aye Mayor Sullivan – Aye A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JUNE 1, 2018 AND ENDING MAY 31, 2019 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has met at the time and place specified in the notice of public hearing on the tentative budget and heard all persons desiring to be heard thereon; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the tentative budget as amended and revised and as hereinafter set forth is hereby adopted and that there be and is hereby appropriated for the objects and purposes specified, including the amounts set forth required for the payment of principal and interest on indebtedness, the following amounts: General Fund Water Fund Debt Service Fund Library Fund Appropriations $17,586,288 $7,567,117 $5,436,424 $688,811 Estimated Revenues $17,586,288 $5,817,117 $4,417,048 $660,704 1 Retirement Reserve $0 $0 $0 $0 Appropriated Fund $0 $1,750,000 $1,019,376 $28,107 Balance General Fund Budgetary Appropriation to be raised by Real Estate Tax Levy $11,027,877 Town of Ossining Town of Mt.
