V-11-2019 - Lane 84 Marlborough Road An application to permit the construction of a single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 4, Minimum Size of Lot, Area in Square Feet of Schedule 220: A2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 30,000 square feet is required and the subject property has square footage of 24,224.917 and Column 5, Minimum Size of Lot, Lot Width in Feet of Schedule 220:A2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 135 feet is required and 97.95 is proposed on the Albany Post Road side. 2. V-1-2020 - Shaw/Gambelli 30 Chestnut Hill Lane An application to install a new in-ground swimming pool at an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (3) where 100 feet is required from the street line and 30 feet, 11 inches is proposed and Section 220.9, Regulations of Swimming Pools; paragraph B. (3) requiring that no pool is permitted in a front yard. The parcel has dual frontage on Sleepy Hollow Road and Chestnut Hill Lane. Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for April 13, 2020 with a submission date of February 22, 2020. Please note the meeting will be held at the William J.
