V-11-2019 - Lane 84 Marlborough Road An application to permit the construction of a single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 4, Minimum Size of Lot, Area in Square Feet of Schedule 220: A2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 30,000 square feet is required and the subject property has square footage of 24,224.917 and Column 5, Minimum Size of Lot, Lot Width in Feet of Schedule 220:A2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 135 feet is required and 97.95 is proposed on the Albany Post Road side. Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is scheduled for December 20, 2019 with a submission date of January 27, 2019. Please note the meeting will be held at the William J.
