V-7-2019 - Arnone 370 South State Road An application for a building permit to construct a two-story addition on the right side of an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 9A, One Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 30 feet is required and 17 feet is proposed and Column 10A, Two Side Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 60 feet is required and 31.7 feet is proposed. 2. V-8-2019 - Soffer 178 Larch Road An application for a building permit to install Solar Energy Collectors on an existing single family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Section 220-9.1 Regulation of Solar Energy Collectors of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 33% coverage is allowable and 46% is proposed. 3. V-9-2019 - Schaefer 7 Hungerford Road An application for a building permit to construct a one-story addition and alterations at an existing single-family dwelling is denied due to nonconformity with Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 40 feet is required, 10 feet, 2 inches exists and 11 feet, 2 inches is proposed on the Hungerford Road frontage and Column 8, Front Yard Minimum Yard Dimensions of Schedule 220 Attachment 2 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 40 feet is required and 34 feet is proposed on the Schrade Road frontage. 4. V-10-2019 - Singh 22 Cedar Drive East An application for a building permit to maintain an existing tennis court at a premises is denied due to nonconformity with Chapter 220-8, Regulation of Tennis Courts Paragraph B (1) of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby a lot size of 1.377 acres (60,000 square feet) is required and 1.261 acres (54,933.75 square feet) is proposed.
