V-13-2021 - Morrell and Company 600 Albany Post Road An application for the proposed conversion from a data storage facility to a wine storage facility enhanced with a new loading dock lift and canopy was denied due to nonconformity with Column 11, Minimum Yard Dimensions in feet from Lot Lines to Principal Building of Schedule 220 Attachment 4 of the Code of the Village of Briarcliff Manor whereby 100 feet is required and 72.8 feet is proposed for the canopy roof. Next Meeting: The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting is tentatively scheduled for February 7, 2022 with a submission date of December 22, 2021.
