Communications: Follow up discussion regarding new directional parking signage 6. Financial Report – a. Motion to approve the May 2024 financial reports. b. Motion to approve the List of Bills retroactive to May 20, 2024, as presented to the Board. c. Motion to approve List of Bills yet to be paid as presented to the Board. 7. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES: Public Works – Gino Forte - Motion to approve purchase and installation of LED lighting for Lot 5 (Station Street) (pending building owner approval) from Independent Mechanical Inc. - Spring 2024 maintenance update / Lot 1 maintenance discussion Administrative Report – Gino Forte Note: See reports submitted.
