Communications: Follow up discussion regarding new directional parking signage 6. Financial Report – a. Motion to approve the June 2024 financial reports. b. Motion to approve the List of Bills retroactive to June 17, 2024, as presented to the Board. c. Motion to approve List of Bills yet to be paid as presented to the Board. 7. Old Business: - Continued discussion of adding three (3) “5 Minute Parking Only” spots in the front area of Lot 2 - Motion to approve the addition of three “5 Minute Parking Only” spots in Lot 2, along with removal of one Armstrong’s Pickup spot and change of one Armstrong’s Pickup spot to “Loading Zone Only”. 10.
