Livestream link is available on the Town Website Bristol Indiana - YouTube The Thursday, February 15, 2024 RDC meeting was called to order by RDC President Cathy Burke at 7:00pm. ROLL CALL: Members present: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Gregg Tuholski, Cathy Burke Members absent: Doug DeSmith APPROVAL OF AGENDA - accepted as published. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Motion to accept the 12.21.2023 minutes made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski. Voting Yea: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Gregg Tuholski, Cathy Burke. Motion carries. REORGANIZATION of the RDC for 2024 Election of Officers :  Dean Rentfrow nominates Gregg Tuholski as RDC President, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Gregg Tuholski, Cathy Burke. Motion carries.  Jeff Beachy nominates Cathy Burke as Vice President of the RDC, Seconded by Dean Rentfrow. Voting Yea: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Gregg Tuholski, Cathy Burke. Motion carries.  Cathy Burke nominates Doug DeSmith as Secretary of the RDC, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski. Voting Yea: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Gregg Tuholski, Cathy Burke. Motion carries.  Cathy Antonelli is appointed as the RDC Treasurer, per statute IC 36-7-14-8(b)  A nonvoting member of the school board is to be appointed, but this is a two-year term and Jeff Bliler of the Elkhart Community School Corporation was appointed March 2, 2023, so he will continue to serve until next year. TOWN COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS: no comments this evening. MOTION TO ADJOURN made by Gregg Tuholski, Seconded by Jeff Beachy.
