ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski Others in attendance: Deputy Clerk-Treasurer Jill Swartz, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman APPROVAL OF AGENDA - stands as published. REPORTS Bristol TIF districts comprehensive financial plan. Kyle Carson of Baker Tilly reviewed with the RDC Council the Tax Increment Draft Report that will be formally presented to the RDC at a future date. Each member received a copy of the draft report. OTHER COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS Comments made about using TIF funds for police salaries and operations, fire expenses MOTION TO ADJOURN Motion to adjourn made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy.
