BRISTOL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 6:50 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Redevelopment Commission President Doug DeSmith called the RDC meeting to order Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 6:50pm ROLL CALL Members Present: Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith Members absent: Dean Rentfrow Others in attendance: Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Assistant Fire Chief James Hanes, Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman APPROVAL OF AGENDA - stands as published APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion to approve the RDC meeting minutes of July 15, 2025 made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. REPORTS TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Attorney Bowman reviewed Resolution 9-18-2025-18 RDC, accepting the transfer of real property (Raber Golf Course) and offered a recommendation to adopt the resolution as presented.  Motion to adopt Resolution No. R9-18-2025-18 A Resolution of the Bristol Redevelopment Commission Accepting the Transfer of Real Property made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Greg Tuholski.Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. Attorney Bowman then reviewed Resolution R9-18-2025-19, a disposition of real property and recommended that the Council accept the resolution as presented.  Motion to adopt Resolution No. R9-18-2025-19 A Resolution of the Bristol Redevelopment Commission Approving the Disposition of Real Property made by Cathy Burke , Seconded by Jeff Beachy.Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. In closing, Attorney Bowman reviewed the Offering Sheet, a Request for Offers to Purchase or Lease Real Property (Raber Golf Course) and the steps that will follow, including a Q & A for bidders that will be held at 6:00p on October 2, 2025 here in Council Chambers.
