JUNE 13, 2023 TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 7:00 PM Council Chambers – Bristol Municipal Complex and Via Zoom MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER Council member Cathy Burke called the meeting to order at 7:00pm ROLL CALL: Council members present: Doug DeSmith, Andrew Medford, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski Absent - Jeff Beachy Also in attendance: Town Manager Mike Yoder, Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Assistant Chief? Adam Dernay, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Fire Chief Nik Kantz and Assistant Fire Chief Jimmy Hanes. APPROVAL OF AGENDA -stands as written REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder introduced Susan Cowen, Senior Manager from Baker Tilly to discuss and give an overview of the proposed draft for the Bristol-Washington Township Fire Protection Territory. Mike Yoder to discuss with Mike Lee from the Township and report back to Council and Baker Tilly. Ken Jones, of JPR discussed the Bristol Business Route alignments and improvement project, an updated layout with curves and roundabouts. Developers on board and talks with property owners in play.  CLERK-TREASURER – Jen’s last day was Friday, so I will be looking to hire a new utility clerk. TOWN ATTORNEY – no additional items to present TOWN COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS Doug DeSmith -no comments this evening. Andrew Medford -questions from residents about being annexed due to the new Town limit signs that were posted. Cathy Burke - Gregg Tuholski -no comments this evening.
