REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER Redevelopment Commission President Gregg Tuholski called the Thursday, December 19, 2024 meeting to order at 7:00pm. ROLL CALL Members present: Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski Members absent: Dean Rentfrow and Doug DeSmith Others in attendance: Cathy Antonelli – Clerk-Treasurer, Mike Yoder – Town Manager, Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman APPROVAL OF AGENDA – stands as published APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion to approve the October 17, 2024 minutes made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski. Motion carries. REPORTS Legal Counsel Alex Bowman spoke to the statutory process surrounding Resolution 12-19-2024-14 –- supporting acquisition of the Stoll Property located at 114 E Vistula, Bristol, IN 46507. Discussion surrounding the JPR evaluation of Stoll property and the structural integrity, any demolition of the three-sided building and possible damages. Two appraisals were provided: one by Iverson C Grove $146K and a second by Steven W Sante $144K A Preliminary Transaction Timetable was introduced.  Motion to adopt Resolution No. 12/19/2024-14 A Declaratory Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Amending the Economic Development Plan for the Consolidated State Road 15 Economic Development Area and Plan made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski. Voting Yea: Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski. Motion carries. OTHER COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS MOTION TO ADJOURN made by Jeff Beachy, Second by Cathy Burke. All in favor.
