TOWN OF BRISTOL RDC MEETING Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 6:45 PM Council Chamber Bristol Municipal Complex MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER RDC President Gregg Tuholski called the meeting to order at 6:45p on Thursday, January 16, 2025. ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski Members absent: Dean Rentfrow Others present: Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman APPROVAL OF AGENDA First item of business was the election of officers for the Redevelopment Commission for the 2025 calendar year.  Motion to nominate Doug DeSmith for RDC President made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski. Motion carried.  Motion to nominate Jeff Beachy as RDC Vice President made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski. Motion carried.  Motion to nominate Gregg Tuholski as RDC Secretary made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski. Motion carried.  The Treasurer role is held by the Town’s Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion to approve the minutes from 12.19.2024 made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carried. REPORTS TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Consider Resolution 1-16-2025-1 approving acquisition of 114 E Vistula Street Legal Counsel Alex Bowman reviewed Resolution No. 1-16-2025-1 A Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Approving the Acquisition of Real Property (to be paid through TIF #130). RE: Old Lavender Patch property located at 114 E Vistula Street  Motion to approve Resolution No. 1-16-2025-1 A Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Approving the Acquisition of Real Estate made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carried. RDC DISCUSSION ITEMS – no individual items to discuss this evening MOTION TO ADJOURN made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. All in favor.
