BRISTOL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING Thursday, February 06, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Redevelopment Commission President Doug DeSmith called the meeting to order at 7:00pm on Thursday, February 6, 2025. ROLL CALL Commission members present: Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith Absent: Dean Rentfrow, member and Jeff Bliler, school board representative Others in attendance: Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman APPROVAL OF AGENDA stands as published REPORTS TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Legal Counsel Alex Bowman spoke to the confirmatory resolution noting that it is the amendment to the SR 15 EDA to allow for the Stoll properties to be added to the economic development area. Doug DeSmith opened a public hearing on the confirmatory resolution no. 2.6.2025-4 at 7:03pm. Hearing no comment, the public hearing was closed at 7:03pm.  Motion to adopt Public Hearing on Confirmatory Resolution 2.6.2025-4 A Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Confirming the Declaratory Resolution Amending the Economic Development Plan for the Consolidated State Road 15 Economic Development Area made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski.Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. MOTION TO ADJOURN was made by Gregg Tuholski, Seconded by Cathy Burke, all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:06pm.
