BRISTOL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION MEETING Thursday, March 06, 2025 at 7:00 PM Council Chamber Bristol Municipal Complex MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER RDC President Doug DeSmith called the Redevelopment Commission Meeting to order at 7:00pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025. ROLL CALL Members present: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith APPROVAL OF AGENDA -stands as published APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion to approve the RDC meeting minutes of January 16, 2025 and February 6, 2025 made by Gregg Tuholski, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy, Motion carries. REPORTS TOWN ATTORNEY Legal Counsel Alex Bowman presented Resolution No. 3-6-2025-7 A Declaratory Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Amending the Economic Development Plan for the Consolidated State Road 15 Economic Development Area  Motion to approve Resolution No. 3-6-2025-7 made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. TOWN COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS – none were presented this evening. MOTION TO ADJOURN  Motion to adjourn made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Gregg Tuholski.
