ROLL CALL Members present: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith Others present: Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Assistant Fire Chief Jim Hanes APPROVAL OF AGENDA stands as approved APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion to approve the March 6, 2025 meeting minutes made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. REPORTS Approval of Resolution No. R4-15-2025-8 A Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Approving the Acquisition of Real Property Legal Counsel Alex Bowman spoke to the Resolution. (TIF $ for purchase) approve purchase $365,450 recommend adopt as presented  Motion to approve Resolution No. 4-15-2025-8 made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Dean Rentfrow.
