TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Council President Jeff Beachy called the Bristol Town Council regular meeting to order at 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - led by Doug DeSmith ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy Members absent: Dean Rentfrow Others in attendance: Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder APPROVAL OF AGENDA - stands as published REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder Main Street RFP Angela from JPR attended to update Council on the RFP;Legal Counsel Alex Bowman spoke to the process in how to confirm title ownership and the next steps to obtain the property. Town to proceed with this instead of RDC. Update of Development standards Angela then proceeded to review the development standards draft, noting that this will apply to new construction and reconstruction MOTION TO ADJOURN Motion to adjourn made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Doug DeSmith.
