TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER – Council President Jeff Beachy called the meeting to order Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:11pm (Immediately following the RDC meeting that began at 7:00pm) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Ken Jones ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy Others present: Legal Counsel via zoom (until his in-person arrival at 7:40pm) Alex Bowman, Town Marshal Steve Priem, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer/Assistant Town Manager Jill Swartz, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Assistant Fire Chief Jim Hanes APPROVAL OF AGENDA – stands as published REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder Review of upcoming Council meeting item of AWT rezoning of property. Ken Jones from JPR Engineering present to provide Council with background and overview. Discussion followed along with status updates on street projects.
