TOWN COUNCIL WORK SESSION Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Council President Jeff Beachy called the regular Council meeting to order on Thursday, February 17, 2026 at 7:00pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - led by Cathy Antonelli ROLL CALL Members present: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy absent: Dean Rentfrow Others in attendance: Town Marshal Steve Priem, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman, Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder and Fire Chief Nik Kantz APPROVAL OF AGENDA - stands as published REPORTS Kyle Carlson of Baker Tilly joined the meeting via Zoom and reviewed the feasibility analysis with the Council, giving them additional information to be considered when determining residential growth and types of housing that is being considered in the Town. Council agreed they would like to see a mix of owned homes, as well as rentals. Discussion followed. Mottville Road project still being considered, dependent on what Council is looking for in types of homes, demographics, possibly 58-63 units. Council asked to have the current layouts sent in for their review. Also mentioned was reviewing the town zoning areas and rezone where necessary from business to residential, as some residential areas are currently B2. TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Requested to schedule an Executive session directly ahead of the March 5 Council meeting. Council President asked if a different venue should be considered for the March 5 meeting and if it can carry over to another meeting if needed.
