TOWN OF BRISTOL RDC MEETING Thursday, February 05, 2026 at 6:45 PM Council Chamber Bristol Municipal Complex MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER - RDC President Doug DeSmith called the meeting to order on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6:45pm ROLL CALL Members present: Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith. Absent: Dean Rentfrow Others: Clerk-Treasurer Cathy Antonelli, Town Manager Mike Yoder, Fire Chief Nik Kantz, Legal Counsel Alex Bowman ELECTION OF OFFICERS 2026 RDC President Doug DeSmith nominated by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy, all in favor. Council member DeSmith accepted. 2026 RDC Vice President Gregg Tuholski nominated by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke, point of order by Counsel RE: statute requiring that the President and Vice President be from different appointing authorities. With that being said, Cathy Burke nominated Jeff Beachy to be the 2026 RDC Vice President, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. All in favor. Council member Beachy accepted. 2026 RDC Secretary Cathy Burke nominated by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. All in favor. Council member Burke accepted. Note: Jeff Bliler, the non-voting school board member no longer works at the school and they will get back to us regarding a replacement member. APPROVAL OF AGENDA - stands as published. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -  Motion to approve the Executive meeting minutes of December 18, 2025 made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy.  Motion carries. REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder yields the floor to the town attorney TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Amend the Consolidated State Road 15 Economic Development Area RDC President Doug DeSmith opened a public hearing at 6:54pm on the Amending Declaratory Resolution as described by Counsel and hearing no public comments, the hearing was closed at 6:54pm.  Note 2-5-2026-1 placeholder of -1 should be -5.  Motion to Adopt Confirmatory Resolution 2-5-2026-5 A Resolution of the Town of Bristol Redevelopment Commission Confirming the Amending Declaratory Resolution and Economic Development Plan for the Consolidated State Road 15 Economic Development Area made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Cathy Burke. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy.  Motion carries. Legal Counsel noted that there is a ten-day remonstrance period that follows the adoption of this resolution. Raber golf course update was given by legal counsel as well.
