TOWN OF BRISTOL REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 8:54 PM Council Chamber Bristol Municipal Complex MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER RDC President Doug DeSmith called the Bristol Redevelopment Commission meeting to order at 8:54pm on Thursday, December 18, 2025. ROLL CALL: Members present: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Motion to approve the minutes from December 4, 2025 made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. RESOLUTION NO. 12-18-2025-23: State Road 15 TIF Amendment Amendment to incorporated the Raber Golf course into the State Road 15 TIF area.  Motion to approve Resolution 12-18-2025-23 as amended made by Gregg Tuholski, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith. Motion carries. MOTION TO ADJOURN  Motion to adjourn made by Gregg Tuholski, Seconded by Dean Rentfrow.
