TOWN OF BRISTOL REDEVELOPMENT MEETING Thursday, December 04, 2025 at 8:00 PM Bristol Town Hall Council Chamber MINUTES CALL MEETING TO ORDER: RDC President Doug DeSmith called the Bristol Redevelopment meeting to order on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 8:08pm. ROLL CALL Members present: Dean Rentfrow, Jeff Beachy, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Doug DeSmith. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: stands as published APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES:  Motion to approve meeting minutes of October 14, 2025 and Executive meeting minutes from October 16 and November 18, 2025 made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Greg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. REPORTS TOWN MANAGER Mike Yoder gave an update on the Raber Golf Course interest, as well as consideration of second round proposals TOWN ATTORNEY Alex Bowman Legal Counsel Alex Bowman gave an update and explanation of the process. A transfer of ownership of the golf course will happen contemporaneously during the closing. Transfer of title from the Town to the RDC to the new owner.  Motion to award the bid of the Raber golf course to the Albatross Group made by Jeff Beachy, Seconded by Doug DeSmith. Voting Yea: Doug DeSmith, Dean Rentfrow, Cathy Burke, Gregg Tuholski, Jeff Beachy. Motion carries. MOTION TO ADJOURN  Motion to adjourn made by Cathy Burke, Seconded by Jeff Beachy.
