MI TES OF THE BRISTOL TE ESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION February 21, 2012 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor David Shumaker on Tuesday, February 21,2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were David Shumaker, Joel Staton, Michelle Dolan, and Margaret Feierabend. Councilman Ben Zandi was absent. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager; Jack Hyder, City Attorney; Bill Sorah, Deputy City Manager; Tim Beavers, City Engineer, Tara Musick, Finance Director; and Shari Brown, Director of Community Development. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action being taken by City Council: 1. Review of the FY 2013-2017 Capital Improvement Plan; and 2.
