MIN TES OF THE BRISTOL TENNESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION April 17,2012 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor David Shumaker on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at the Steele Creek Lodge. Members of the City Council present were David Shumaker, Joel Staton, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and Ben Zandi. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager; Jack Hyder, City Attorney; Tara Musick, Finance Director; Belva Hale, Human Resources Director; and Hollie Verran, Accounting Manager. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken by City Council: 1. Review of the proposed Fiscal 2013 Budget.
