MINUTES OF THE BRISTOL TENNESSEE CITY COU 'C1L WORK SESSION September 18, 2012 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Joel Staton on Tuesday, September 18,2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager; Jack Hyder, City Attorney; and Bob Barnes, Fire Chief. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken: I. Review of Fire Department Resource Allocation Study; and 2.
