MINUTE OF THE BRISTOL TEN ES EE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSIO October 16, 2012 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Joel Staton on Tuesday, October 16,2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager; and Jack Hyder, City Attorney. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1. Discussion on community survey; 2. Discussion on the 2013 Joint Legislative Policy of the Tri-Cities; and 3. Policy on council voting.
