MINUTES OF THE BRISTOL TENNESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION February 19, 2013 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Joel Staton on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 7:00p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager Jack Hyder, City Attorney; Bill Sorah, Deputy City Manager- Public Works; Tara Musick, Finance Director; and Tim Beavers, City Engineer. The agenda for the meeting included the following items of discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1. Review of FY 2014-2018 Capital Improvement Plan; and 2. Discussion on partnership with BTCS and IDB to advance the Strategic Economic Development Plan. There being no further items of business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20p.m. ~~~ Tara E.
