MINUTES OF THE BRISTOL TENNESSEE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION March 19, 2013 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Joel Staton on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at 7:00p.m. in the City Hall Annex. Members of the City Council present were Joel Staton, Ben Zandi, Michelle Dolan, Margaret Feierabend, and David Shumaker. Staff members present included Jeff Broughton, City Manager Jack Hyder, City Attorney; Tara Musick, Finance Director; and Belva Hale, Human Resources Director. The agenda for the meeting included the following item of discussion, with no formal action being taken: 1. Community Survey presentation; and 2.
