Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session March l8r 2014 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Dolan on Tuesday, March 18,2014, at7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Michelle Dolan, Vice Mayor Lea Powers, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilman Jack Young. Staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, City Recorder Tara Musick, Administrative Services Director Belva Hale, and Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, Community Development Director Shari Brown, and Network Administrator Tyler Bird.
