Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session July 1 5,2014 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Powers on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at 7 :00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Lea Powers, Vice Mayor Chad Keen, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilman Jack Young. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Jack Hyder, Police Chief Blaine Wade, Finance Director Shari Brown, Community Relations Director Terrie Talbert, and Information Technology Specialist Tyler Byrd. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. l. Proposed Amendments to the Animal Control Ordinance 2.
