Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council \Mork Session August 16,2016 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Chad Keen on Tuesday, August 16,2016 at7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Chad Keen, Vice Mayor Jack Young, Councilwoman Michelle Denise, Councilwoman Margaret Feierabend, and Councilwoman Lea Powers. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, Director of Parks and Recreation Terry Napier, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Development Brian Rose, Director of Community Relations Terrie Talbert, Director of Economic Development Tom Anderson, and Information Technology Specialist Robert Lucas. In addition, Patrick Wilson, Executive Director of Tri-Cities Regional Airport and Clay Walker, Executive Director of Sullivan NETWORKS Partnership were in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1.Discussion of City Employee Health Clinic and Wellness Center 2. Presentation of Aerospace Park, Tri-Cities Regional Airport J. Proposed Rezoning of Property Located at 800 and 834 East Mary Street 4. Proposed Amendment to the Development Allocation and Loan Agreement relating to Border Region Retail Development District In addition, Council discussed a potential community visioning process to be conducted in partnership with the City of Bristol Virginia.
