Minutes of the Bristol Tennessee City Council Work Session December 12,2017 The Bristol Tennessee City Council work session was called to order by Mayor Jack Young on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 5:32p.m. in the conference room of the Easley Annex Building. Members of City Council present included Mayor Jack Young, Vice Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Councilman Chad Keen, and Councilwoman Michelle Reuning. Councilwoman Lea Powers monitored the work session discussions telephonically. City staff members present included City Manager Bill Sorah, City Attorney Danielle Kiser, Director of Public Works Tim Beavers, Director of Administration Mary Lee Williams, Director of Finance Tara Musick, Director of Planning and Community Development Brian Rose, Senior Planner Cherith Marshall, Zoning Administrator Blake Ailor, and IT Specialist Robert Lucas. In addition, Michael Guyton, representing the firm of BPS&M, was in attendance. The agenda for the meeting included the following items for discussion, with no formal action being taken. 1. Presentation by BPS&M - Public Safety Supplemental Bridge Benefit Cost Analysis 2. Discussion of B-1 B Zoning Text Amendment 3.
